Run Report
Reads every datatable whose name ends in Presets and
classifies each stored configuration. Nothing is written to the org
during a report.
Each table needs a Name column and a
configurationId column, the id produced by the
staging embed's Share button. Tables are matched to their catalog item
through the _presetsDatatableId metadata on items
tagged type-family and latest.
-
Valid - every asset exists in the latest catalog
version.
-
Invalid - at least one asset is missing from it.
-
Legacy - assets referenced by hardcoded id, the old
format.
- Error - the configuration could not be read.
Update All Presets
Resolves each configuration against the latest catalog assets, saves
it, and writes the new id into the
activeConfigurationId column. Run it once the report
comes back with no invalid rows.
A table that fails no longer stops the run - the rest still go
through, and the failures are listed with the reason.
Retry Failed
Re-runs only the tables that failed in the most recent update. The
list is kept on the server, so it survives a page refresh. The button
is disabled while there is nothing to retry.
In the results, a table name opens that datatable in Threekit and a
configuration name opens that configuration. Both open in a new tab.
Latest report
Shows the most recent report that was stored, without running
anything. It is read back from the CSV the last run uploaded, so it
survives a server restart and shows the same rows as the download.
Download CSV
Downloads that same stored report as a CSV. It carries a little more
than the screen does: the config id and product id for every row, plus
the error message when there is one.
Specific tables
Runs the update against the datatable ids you paste in, instead of
every Presets table. Useful after a catalog upload that touched a
handful of families.
